Procedures for receiving and resending goods to the applicant
The steps of receiving and resending goods are:
- Filling and submitting the application form by the applicant. (optional)
- Our colleagues have checked the information of the sent goods and may contact you to inquire about more details and check the damage.
- Send the desired items to the address specified by our team.
- After receiving the product, it is registered in the relevant department and an SMS containing the receipt number is sent to the customer.
- After checking the product in the relevant section, a text message will be sent to the customer again containing the correction of the defect, repair or confirmation of cancellation of the purchase.
- Determining the status of the product at the end of the review will be communicated to the customer by the third SMS.
