  • Saturdays to Wednesdays: the goods are delivered from the KDT warranty department to various suppliers until 16:00 (the goods are delivered to Tipax by 14:30).
  • Thursdays: Goods are delivered from the KDT warranty department by 12:00 PM.

Delivery time to customers:

  • Cities: The maximum time to receive goods for these provinces is three working days.
  • Tehran: Customers of Tehran can receive their goods by courier on the same day after confirming and registering the request before 16:00 in the evening.

Official holiday

KDT has no response, service, and shipment on official holidays. Please keep this in mind in your planning.

Shipping costs

  • All the costs of the shipping process are borne by the customer. These costs include packaging, shipping, and delivery costs.
  • Responsibilities of suppliers: All suppliers are only responsible for delivering goods to customers and have no responsibility for the quality and health of the goods after delivery.
